The province of Luang Prabang has granted their Shareholder Jing Ya Luang(Vietnam)  a 50 yr. contract on over 10,000 Sq Metres of property.  The plan is to build a large public park and a resort, all catered to increase tourism in the area.  Luang Prabang is one of the most world beautiful towns in the world and is listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO in ’95.

The resort will be built near the river Khan, and it will house 45 units and all the common perks you can find in any standard resort.
